PAYMENT

• We accept payment by the following Cash on collection, Cheques, Credit/Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron, Maestro through PAYPAL
• Returned or represented cheques will incur a £10.00 charge to cover bank/admin costs.
• All goods remain the property of Creative Clothing until paid for in full.

STOCK ITEMS - DESPATCH & CARRIAGE

• In normal circumstances, all orders of non-printed items received before 4:30pm will be despatched within 24-48 hours. (excluding Saturdays/Sundays & Bank Holidays)
• In normal circumstances, all orders of PRINTED items received before 4:30pm will be despatched within 7-14 days (excluding Saturdays/Sundays & Bank Holidays)
• UK Mainland Items are sent via Royal Mail, all prices listed under Shipping Tab.
• Saturday or Next Day Guaranteed deliveries available dependent upon confirmation of item in stock or we are able to print the item for you.
• We will revise delivery costs accordingly (Standard Royal mail Special Delivery rates apply). We can arrange to deliver to your specifications, before 9.30am or noon, We must be contact for full information.

PRICING

• Creative Clothing reserves the right to change prices or specifications when necessary without prior notification.
• All sales are made on a trade basis.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT

GENERAL

• All styles featured on this website are subject to availability.
• Garment sizes quoted are “to fit” in inches/cms and are approximate, please ensure the garment is suitable for your needs before processing in any way.
• Creative Clothing must be notified within 3 days of despatch of any shortage, damage or non delivery.

RETURNS (STOCK ITEMS ONLY)

• All sales are final. The company does not trade on a ‘sale or return’ basis. We do accept returns subject to the following conditions being met:
• Proof of purchase (relevant invoice number required).
• Goods must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery.
• Returns reference number must be obtained prior to return of goods
• All goods must be returned in good condition & original packaging
• Printed, embroidered or processed goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances.
• Goods cannot be returned after 28 days from date of purchase.
• Once a return reference number is received Items must be sent back to Creative Clothing (we recommend using recorded delivery as the safest method), Once your returned item is received. You will be provided with either a replacement, or a refund.
• Due to our pricing structure we are unable to cover any of the postal charges incurred in returning or sending any goods back.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by are Terms & Conditions.
